The best party brunch in Las Vegas returns for its second season every Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Combining food, champagne and a nightclub atmosphere, LAVO Champagne Party Brunch is the perfect alternative to pool parties during the fall and winter months. Brunch-goers can expect plenty of confetti showers, costumed hosts, gold-painted dancers and some of the top DJ talent. More than 15 champagnes are available on the menu, and brunch dishes include white polenta pancakes with hazelnut butter, lemon ricotta waffles with glazed apples, dark raisins and whipped yogurt, and smoked salmon pizza with mascarpone, goat cheese and fried capers, and LAVO's signature spaghetti with Kobe meatballs.
